Find out how to correctly acknowledge sources using the referencing styles accepted in the School of Veterinary Science and the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences at the Gatton Campus. This practical workshop will explore how to reference using Harvard Gatton and also the Australian Veterinary Journal styles.

Plagiarism is taken seriously in the University context.  In this workshop you will learn what constitutes plagiarism and work with text to understand how to avoid plagiarism.

Academic conventions and copyright law require that you acknowledge when you use the ideas of others. In most cases, this means stating which book or journal article is the source of an idea or quotation. Learn how to reference correctly in this informative session.
