TEDxUQ is an independently planned and coordinated event organised by a dedicated group of UQ students, supported by the UQ Student Employability Centre. Devoted to ‘ideas worth spreading’, TED has created a platform for the world’s thinkers and doers to share what they are most passionate about.

The TEDxUQ 2018 theme is 'I am' and is inspired by how people define themselves. Twelve speakers will exhibit who they are, their passions and the personal experiences that lead to them sharing the TEDxUQ stage.

This is a highly anticipated event that is now sold out, but a live stream will be available outside the UQ Arts Museum for all students to enjoy. Drop by to watch your favourite speaker, or stay for the whole day and meet some new people. There will be beanbags, entertainment during breaks, a popcorn food truck and speakers will be dropping by for a Q&A after their talk.

Livestream - held on Saturday 28th July, 10am - 4pm
Free and open to everyone at the UQ Arts Museum
