In this session, you will learn: 
- How to meal plan; 
- How to save money on food; 
- Easy ingredients to feed your brain; 
- Food preparation tips to save time on cooking; 
- Easy meals to take to uni; and 
- Tips to deal with the 3pm snack attack.
